About One Main Restaurant & Bar

Come down and discover ONE MAIN RESTAURANT AND BAR in the heart of Babylon Village. We are an American Eclectic restaurant serving creative American foods with exciting new twists. ONE MAIN uses the finest products the market has to offer in order to provide you with a unique experience every time you join us for a meal, or even just a cocktail.

Chef and owner Luciano Di Rico is passionate about producing classy, creative foods using only quality ingredients and matching his fare with top-of-the-line wines and craft beers. Whether it is a cocktail, a bite to eat, or a full meal, ONE MAIN strives to make everything you choose to eat or drink an exciting experience for your palette.

With an emphasis on local produce and quality meats and seafood, Chef Luciano Di Rico has been developing new and innovative ways to recreate classic American dishes that incorporate the many cultural influences this great country has to offer. Raised in an Italian-American family, the culinary influences of Italy strongly impact how this chef creates his dishes. The influence is not limited to Italian, however. Many other cultural flavors, including Asian, Latin American, and Mediterranean, give ONE MAIN’s menu its unique taste and signature style.

Our restaurant is a family-owned business that is run by Alfredo Tenaglia, Luciano Di Rico, and Luciano P. Di Rico, all of whom hail from a large Italian-American family with heavy roots in food and wine. We had our first meeting to discuss our plans and dreams years ago, and with time and patience were able to find this wonderful opportunity in Babylon Village. ONE MAIN is the combined vision and dream of all three partners, and it is the culmination of years of planning. We created this unique restaurant with the intent that every time you come and join us, you leave feeling satiated in every possible way.

Please sit back, relax, and enjoy and let us serve you the way you deserve to be served: with class and kindness. That’s our way. That’s ONE MAIN! We’ll see you soon…
